At Hypnoscope, we strive to provide valuable dream interpretation experiences. Because our service involves immediate digital access to AI-generated content, refunds are handled under specific conditions.

  • Digital nature of service: Once a question packet or interpretation session is delivered, the service is considered fully rendered and is generally non-refundable.
  • Duplicate payments or technical issues: If you experience a billing error (e.g., duplicate charge, failed access after payment), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at admin@hypnoscope.net.
  • Refund eligibility: Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of accidental duplicate purchase or system malfunction.
  • Payment processor: All payments are handled by Stripe, our authorized reseller. Refunds, when approved, will be processed through Stripe.
